As a co-founder of HX Partners, Nian Swan navigates the firm towards its strategic objectives. His previous experience as a tax manager in several mid-sized accounting firms in Singapore has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics of the industry.

Nian Swan is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and a Chartered Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Accountants), attributes his commitment to continuous learning. In addition to his professional qualifications, he possesses an academic degree, a Bachelor of Business, from La Trobe University in Australia.

A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the auditing and accounting sector. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate assignments, with a particular focus on auditing, Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, and accounting advisory services. Ryan Yang’s practical knowledge is built on a foundation of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the accounting and financial complexity faced by modern businesses.

Before joining HX Partners, Ryan Yang served as an accounting manager, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the accounting practices of a medium-sized firm in Singapore. His approach combines traditional methods with modern approach, ensuring that clients receive the most comprehensive and forward-thinking accounting and financial guidance.

Ryan Yang is an associate member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. This, coupled with his practical experience, makes him a valuable asset to the HX Partners team and the clients we serve.

With a commendable tenure of over 11 years in the industry, has developed a niche expertise in auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial compliance, and advisory services. Her extensive experience and specialized knowledge significantly contribute to the value she brings to her professional engagements.

Before joining HX Partners, Pei Joan built a solid foundation in the fields of auditing and accounting during her tenure at a well-known mid-sized accounting firm in Singapore. This tenure served as a crucial period in honing her technical skills, comprehension of regulatory frameworks, and capability to manage complex client portfolios.

In addition to this, Pei Joan’s experience as a corporate accountant in the telecommunications sector endowed her with a unique insight into the financial operations within one of the most rapidly evolving industries in the present day in corporate finance.

Her academic and professional journey is marked by her status as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants), alongside a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Multimedia University.
